Inktober Day 5 – Chicken

This Inktober illustration is based on a photo I took in Bryce Canyon National Park the summer of 2018. I know the topic was “chicken”, so as a way of explanation: I’m really glad that my husband and I followed through on our plans and did our epic road trip through eleven National Parks over the summer. It would have been a shame if we “chickened” out and put it off to do “someday.”

This particular location in Bryce Canyon is the “Wall Street” area on the Navajo Loop Trail, which is a slot canyon with tall thin Douglas fir trees growing among the “walls.”
